Returns

Our Biscuit Buffer can be returned unopened up to 14 days of product being delivered for a full refund. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened for hygienic reasons.

Warranty

If your Biscuit Buffer is defective from faulty manufacturing, or the product doesn't work from normal use, or received damaged, you can return the device to us in exchange for a new Biscuit Buffer. The warranty on the device is 2 years from the original date the Biscuit Buffer was purchased. The warranty covers the working parts the allow the device to function. The warranty does not apply to cosmetic deterioration from wear and tear, or damage to the device caused by misuse, neglect or accidents. Any tampering or attempt to take apart or open the Biscuit Buffer it voids the warranty.
